Among them, in addition to the OLED production process is completely semiconductor process, the material characteristics of the OLED body and the luminescence characteristics of the OLED finished device also determine each OLED production line, even if it is completely identical equipment, and the same process. However, as mentioned earlier, each OLED production line, even with exactly the same equipment, and the exact same process setup parameters, may produce different products. This can also be seen from the flexible OLED products produced by the LG flexible OLED panel production line that is almost the same as Samsung's production line and the BOE flexible OLED panel production line.

In particular, LG's flexible OLED production line, even under the intervention of Apple, has not yet produced energy products that are consistent with the optical performance of Samsung's flexible OLED panel production line, which fully proves that it is in different production lines. It is difficult to operate a flexible OLED panel product of the same quality.

In fact, even if Samsung uses the same production line to produce flexible OLED products, the photoelectric performance parameters of different product models vary greatly, often exceeding the compensation range of OLED driver chips, except for Apple. The quality of other flexible OLED products is Samsung's own control of the flexible OLED shipment standards, as long as the product batch consistency is guaranteed, the customer has almost no room for bargaining.

As for the different brand of vapor deposition equipment on the OLED production line, it is the key to the success of flexible OLED products. From the perspective of industry practitioners, it does not constitute an inevitable connection. Although each vapor deposition equipment manufacturer designs the product, the optical performance parameters of the flexible OLED are finally used as indicators to carry out related operations, but how to achieve the parameters to meet the photoelectric performance parameters of the device is not static.

What really matters is that different manufacturers need to develop reasonable process parameters according to the specific performance of each equipment they purchase, combine the raw material characteristics of each batch, and match the design characteristics of different production line molds. . In line with the final technical specifications of the customer's products, the controllable mass production parameters are adjusted.

The Ulvac vaporizer and the Canon Tokki vaporizer used by Shentianma are completely different in terms of the production mold design and the working mode of the evaporation process, but the rigid OLED display and flexible OLED produced by Shentianma are different. The display screens have all passed the certification of the domestic first-line brand mobile phone manufacturers. At least the deep Tianma has proved to have a strong technical foundation in the OLED mass production process control.

In fact, because Shentianma's LTPS backplane technology is relatively leading in China, after eliminating the interference of LTPS backplane factors, Shentianma's OLED evaporation technology has given the industry a lot of expectations.

Even so, as mentioned above, from the start of the OLED production line test to the completion of the production capacity and the rate of climb, this period is very burning, and there is no shortcut in the industry, which leads to the global flexible OLED panel production. The line is very short of money.
