1. Since TN, HTN and STN have different pretilt angles, the PI used is different. TN and HTN require a low pretilt angle (about 1°), and STN requires a high pretilt angle (about 5°).
 

2. Our company's preferred TN and HTN use PI as PI-300B. 3.2.1.3. Our preferred STN uses PI for SE-150 (240° twist). 3.2.2. Frame glue
    Generally, a thermosetting epoxy adhesive having good bonding property and good sealing property is used as a frame adhesive. The preferred frame glue of our company is XN-5A (manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals, Inc., Japan). 3.2.3. Spacer
 

3. Spacer in the frame glue The spacers in the frame glue have two types: cylindrical and spherical. The cylindrical shape is generally a glass rod, and the spherical shape has two kinds of silicon (Si) balls and silk balls. The diameter of the spacer is d=the thickness of the box. 1. Transfer electrode has three options: silver paste + gold ball, carbon paste + gold ball and epoxy + gold ball. The size of the gold ball is about 10% larger than the size of the spacer in the frame.
 

2. Our company stipulates: 6μm box and 8.6μm box use silver paste + gold ball scheme, 7μm box selects carbon paste + gold ball scheme, and the narrow glass left outside the frame is too small to use epoxy + gold ball scheme.
 

3. Our company's preferred silver paste is XA-220Mv, carbon paste FC-403T, epoxy material is the same as frame material (XN-5A).
 

4. The preferred golden ball of our company is: 6μm box AU-2065, 7μm box AU-2075, 8.6μm box AU-2095. 3.2.5. Sealing adhesive
 

5. Sealing adhesive generally uses UV curing adhesive, which requires good bonding performance, good sealing performance, no interaction with liquid crystal, high temperature resistance, low temperature and good chemical solvent. 3.2.5.2. Our company's preferred sealant is A-202 glue for Sekisui Chemical. 3.2.6. Pin (PIN)
 

6. The metal pin is one of the connection modes between the liquid crystal panel and the driving circuit. It requires a smooth appearance, sufficient elasticity of the chuck, sufficient hardness of the needle, sufficient bending strength between the chuck and the needle, and dense solder plating. Uniform, firm and easy to tin.

7. Our company's preferred pins are Jidong products and Gree products. 3.2.7. Sealing PIN glue
 

8. Generally, the PIN glue is sealed with UV curing glue, which requires the proper viscosity (10,000-12,000 mPas), good adhesion, low shrinkage, sufficient hardness, high temperature resistance, low temperature and thermal shock, rework It's easier.
 

9. Our preferred sealing PIN glue is 86A (general product) and ACP903015 (high reliability product).
 

10.LCD process material selection 3.3.1. Cleaning agent
 

11. The cleaning agent for LCD production includes glass cleaning agent, cleaning agent before Top/PI coating, and cleaning agent after LCD filling and sealing. The glass cleaning agent is generally strongly alkaline. The cleaning agent before Top/PI coating is generally weakly alkaline or neutral, and the cleaning agent after LCD filling and sealing is required to be neutral.
 

12. Our preferred glass cleaning agent is white cat washing powder + NaOH solution. The cleaning agent before Top/PI coating is sg-100 (alkaline), TFDW (neutral), and the cleaning agent after LCD sealing and sealing. 13. The photoresist for LCD is generally a positive photoresist, and the safe solvent PGMEA is basically non-toxic.

16. The developing solution and the stripping solution of the positive photoresist are alkaline solutions, and are classified into an organic alkali solution and an inorganic alkali solution. TN and STN generally use inorganic alkali solutions KOH and NaOH, which are cheaper than organic alkali solutions.
 

17. Our company selects KOH solution as the developing solution and NaOH solution as the removing solution. 3.3.4. PI thinner
 

18. Polyamic acid usually uses N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) as a diluent. 3.3.4.2. The preferred NMP of our company is Suzhou Ruihong. 3.3.5. Photomask mask (mask)
 

19. Lithographic masks are usually available in three types: chrome plates, latex plates, and film (referred to as film). TN-LCD is generally not too high because of the resolution requirements. It is more expensive to use a film type mask. However, the film is easily scratched, and for products with a large production volume, the chrome plate is more preferred and durable.
